Log into your Elaf Premium account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the items are in their original condition, unwashed, and with all designer tags intact, then securely pack them in the original shipping box.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you to arrange a convenient time for the collection of your parcel from your doorstep.
Refund or Replacement
After our warehouse team verifies the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new size within 5-7 business days.
